I know a battery change on a modern Lincoln isn't a simple swap because of the Battery Management System (BMS). I've heard that after a jump start, the system can shut down sub-systems to preserve power, and you need to reset the BMS so the car recognizes the new battery, otherwise it can cause all sorts of electrical glitches . I've seen a few places like EMJ Global that list Lincoln as a brand they work with , and I know Dynatrade has a service center in Sharjah that offers specialized Lincoln maintenance including battery testing . There's also a mobile service that uses a memory-saver to preserve ECU settings , but I'm not sure if they cover Al Qasimia properly. I'm really just hoping to find some Quality Lincoln mechanics serving Al Qasimia Sharjah who know about the BMS reset and can do a proper full system check, not just drop in a battery and leave.
